Nice wine, hints of mint and eucalyptus, took 4-5 hours to really open up but it's definitely one I would buy more of. Could last another 5-10 yrs in cellar

2010 vintage. Dinner after the Opera at Monsieur Benjamin. Full body Cabernet with taste of dark cherry, tobacco, and chocolate. Very complex yet well balanced tannins and acidity.

Great start to a great dinner, but extremely high in alcohol. Lovely nose and texture, but weaker than expected finish and 15.5% OH is a little too much to stomach for me. Hope our older vintages at home are better.

Great nose. Fine tannins and nice fruit. Lacks a little on the mid pallet but starts and finishes wonderfully. Paired perfectly with ribeye steaks
