Found this gem at an unexpected place. The wine list is sparse but brilliantly this Skyfall Merlot was in it. Raspberry and cherry at the start with notes of cloves. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Amazingly, the wine was served at the perfect temperature!

Nice Merlot from Washington. Ruby color. Nice fruit forward. Osso. Bucco at Genaro's in New Braunfels.

Blueberries. Great acidity with supple tannins. I enjoyed this merlot a good deal. Maybe even a great deal.
