Slightly unripe Pear/apple, white pepper,oregano, flowers, really fun - Greek wine from Peloponnese

So floral! What a nose! Reminds me of chewing a fresh pepper berry right off the vine.

Probably not what the wine maker would consider a desired pairing for marketing purposes, but I am enjoying with a couple of corn dogs.

White Greek wine. A little floral / perfumey for my taste but glad I tried it. Purchased at plumpjack for Kate’s bachelorette
