When you buy wine from Sittella you can't just buy one bottle. We picked his regular tipple of ours up when we bought the Blanc de Blancs a couple of tasting notes back for approx $20.
Pale crystal clear lemon colour on the eye with a breathtaking stream of bubbles. Sweet citrus, musk and floral notes on the nose. Smooth mouthfeel with bubbles that tickle the taste buds, medium bodied with orchard fruit flavours and a fresh citrus finish. It may just be me but I found this typically off-dry sparkling fairly dry this this time around. Perhaps it was my palate and/or my surroundings/what I was eating or maybe this was a slightly definitely batch. The beauty of the wine world!
