Darkish ruby colour, high tannic aromas. Cherry aroma, but too may tannins, not enjoyed upon intake, but then surprises with quite long and good after taste. Inconclusive about this wine... all in all not to repeat.

After advice from the producer to leave 30min before drinking, all acidity basically disappeared and all the niceties and lasting flavours remained, so upping the score from 8 to 8.7.

Probably the best red wine I have ever had. Takes you to another universe. If you love your reds, you'll adore this.
