The light yellow '09 Simonnet-Febvre Chablis 'Millésime' emits restrained citrus and Golden Delicious aromas that are crisp and clean. Light-bodied mouthfeel with chalky saline notes. A basic food-friendly Chardonnay at a reasonable price. Nice, but rather one-dimensional.
