2014 vintage - maybe shut down but this bottle was austere and lacked any fruit or complexity. Was fine to drink, just not as impressed as am with the Bize whites.

Beautiful time to open this bottle. Light, elegant, with clean fruit providing a perfect foil for the savory undertones and the emerging tertiary notes. Always outperforms the pricepoint.

Don't disregard Simon Bize ad just another SLB producer. Serious wines built for the long haul. Full clusters and seamless wood integration with no more than 30% being new. The 2011 took almost an hour to open and show. Wish I had waited 5yrs+
