Initial nose was great. Initial taste not so much. Something of a woody flavor. Much better with the steak. And after it opened up, was much better overall. All in all, I liked it, but I wouldn't let it sit much longer.

Wow, great gift from a friend. Very bright with strong tones of blackberry and a smooth finish. Too bad we only have one bottle to enjoy.
