"Odedi"

Dark ruby in color with medium plus intensity and a red rim.

Sweet on the nose with blackberries, sherry, caramel, cherries, vanilla, oak, strawberry jam, licorice, spices and white pepper.

Full-bodied with high acidity and nice legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with vanilla, oak, sherry, honey, plums, blackberries, cherries, strawberries, cloves, red pepper, Mediterranean spices, nutmeg and black pepper.

Long finish with full tannins, black pepper and cherries.

This is a nice blend of 45% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah, that can be enjoyed by itself.
More of secondary flavors, though, than anything else, and still not balanced. This 6 year old needs another 3 years in the bottle to balance itself out.

The grapes were hand picked in the Upper Galilee and Golan Heights, at selected vineyards.
Aged for 36 months in French oak barrels.

15.3% alcohol by volume.
