This is an experimental late harvest Pinot gris that is lovely. Signature taste of apple and honeysuckle leave a great aftertaste but it's not as strong or sugary as some dessert wines. I recommend this!

Acidic, tart and apple. Mineral aftertaste. This is a rose that would pair well with a flavorful meal vs on its own.
