Incredible. Strawberry, cherry, jolly rancher. Age may meld fruits, will be delicious for years.

Still incredibly fresh for its age. Black cherry, white pepper. Would not believe it was a '99.

Nicely aged upstate NY red that was not too tanic

Nice sippable red from Finger Lakes. Some of their reds are hit or miss but this one was nice and got better over 4-5 days open. Hints of raspberry, chocolate, and slightly woody but not tanic.

Excellent red from Finger Lakes. A little smoky, fruity, and not tanic. A bit of subtle soil and rubber garden hose.

Red wine from this region is hit or miss and I thought this was in between. It didn't need decanting and showed hints of berry and spice.

Not the best from a winery where we subscribe to the wine club. Their whites tens to be better but now and again the reds are nice. This one was a bit tanic and seemed immature in taste.

Nose: spicy, slightly acidic, dirty, little musky,

Taste: smooth, highly drinkable, bit muddy, warm aftertaste
