Trying to find good wines at a cheaper price point, for $13 a bottle...It's okay, but far from what I'm looking for. Strong tannins, very acidic with a high alcohol content. For me, heavy fruit on the nose with a little bit of a rough finish. Improves a bit after letting it breathe for 20-30min.

As a $13 WTSO wine, I never know what to expect. The description sounded good so I took a chance. I was not disappointed. The cab is a deep purple, rich of fruit tannins (a fruit bomb if that's your thing). While still a full bodied cab, this wine maintains a very smooth but quick finish. A great every day drinking wine, it lacks the harsh bite of other inexpensive wines, although it could just be because it's a product of the great 2013 Napa vintage.

Good flavor, but not a huge fan of 15% alcohol. Hints of blackberry with a little chocolate. Wouldn't buy again.

This wine is rated by Jonathan H Newman as 92 points. I guess 9.2 will be rated using this app.
My description: dark burgundy, sweet oak on the nose, dark cherries, currants, plum, dark chocolate and touch oh sweet vanilla. Soft and velvety tannins. Give it 91 points or 9.1 for this app.
