Starting to turn rust coloured consistent with age. Very aromatic with compost, decaying violets, cooking spice and bacon on the nose. Very mild tannins and mild acidity. Plum and cooking spices with some subtle oak sweetness. Fantastic wine at the price. Go grab a bottle. Drink now or maybe 1-2 years time but no longer.
