Majestik Sauvignon Blanc-Sultaniye

First Turkish wine. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sultana. Fairly underwhelming. Just a reasonable commercial quaffer. Certainly the Sauvignon Blanc characteristics are there but cannot detect Sultana which I thought would be like Muscat?

Pretty damn interesting. Loving the viscous oxidative qualities married with the green-ness of sauv b.

15/20 (85/100) Свежее и ароматное вино, султание явно внёс свой вклад добавив к «зелёным» и цитрусовым тонам совиньон блана ноты изюма и печёных яблок. Кислотность здесь умеренная, а во вкусе чувствуется спиртуозность - довольно распространённый недостаток среди белых турецких вин.

Turkish wine! Excellent.
