Salento IGP 2012, 13%. Rosée made with Negroamaro grapes. Rich rosée color, perhaps achieved with "salasso" if the grapes. Nice both to the nose and in the mouth, but not very fresh. Probably this wine must be drunk within the summer months.

This negroamaro varietal rosé leads with a mix of a dry mouthfeel then has a burst of jammy strawberry/cherry blend. Pairs perfectly with fresh seafood like cuttlefish, squid ink, and sea urchin.
