Bought a case at the outset of Covid 2020. This wine kept us until tonight...our last bottle...Sept. 19th 2020. Every bottle holds a memory. Tonight paired with a fettuccini primavera in a garlic/red pepper cream sauce. A chill in the air dining al fresco, but this wine continues to deliver. Light minerality. A touch of salinity. Crisp apple, honeysuckle and pear. Perfectly balanced. Can’t wait for the next vintage.
