Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Musty nose with dark blackberry as primary fruit note. Much more floral than expected, but mid tannins and noticeable peppery terroir presence.

Red fruit, not complex, quicker/medium finish. Good to drink after the good stuff

Leathery and peppery yet lemony and tropical fruit notes. Complex. Slight bathwater finish but an extremely solid Cab for the price. Quite different than most cabs.

Silky. All herbal. Low tannins. Wet rock. Heavier body. Enjoy with beef.

Fantastic nose full of spicy blue berries.

A bit over oaked- but very smooth, complex, and drinkable. Great value for the price!

My first wine after Lent. This one was alittle underwellming. But was good with my steak and potatoes.
