What a color and a wow nose. Red orchard fruits and they are so vivid and clear. Gorgeous red apples. Some earth, spice and minerals as well. Palate is all red apple skins and quite vinous. So pure and lean with such vivid fruit and linearity. Sapidity for days on the finish. Balanced to a T and wonderful length. An eye opener. Elegant mousse and wonderful freshness.
After air this gets more volume on the palate. Fills out wonderfully. 9.3 to 9.4 after 2 hours.
