Having a Sparkling Shiraz on Christmas Day is a tradition in Australia. This is my first 2007 of 6. These wines have great longevity. Made only in exceptional vintages. Still a lively mousse at 17 years of age. Aged on lees for a minimum of 7 years. Youthful blackberry and chocolate flavours. There is a lot to look forward to with the remaining 5 bottles.
