Lychee, pineapple, citrus flavors, with a spine of acidity and minerality. Off-dry, to be sure, but not as sweet as I expected for a sub-9% ABV. Finish is short, but not going to hold that against a young, inexpensive spätlese. Went wonderfully with our meal.!
