Fish Label Salmo Salar Dry Riesling

Excellent dry, open bottle keeps well over a couple days.

Great value. Full bodied crisp but some roundness on the palate. Citrus and orchard fruit notes.

Bright and acidic, but still sweet (not overly so).

N: pretty and floral.
P: very crisp. Drier then nose would suggest. Nice acid but I'd like some more fruit. It's been open a day before I got to try it.

Fantastic, fruity, dry Riesling.

HG quarterly wine event. Dry - not sweet.
