Pretty salmon color. Light citrus nose. Crisp and clean on the palate with hints of grapefruit towards the middle and very slight grip in the finish with a touch of acid. A pretty simple and straightforward cava, but it is inexpensive, so good bang for the buck.

For the price, excellent Cava Rose. Creamy, with enough funk to keep it grounded amidst the bright cherry and strawberry. Can't believe this stuff is so inexpensive.
