Raspberries, red currants, grenadine, strawberry shortcake biscuits, a bit of chalky soil as well. Solid rosé Cava for the price, only $9(!!) at my local wine shop. Quite quaffable, and great in rosé friendly twists on a mimosa. Made one with San Pellegrino blood orange soda and it was so refreshing.

Third of five fun, fantastic, and frugal wines for everyday drinking. The kind that just flow into your tulip automagically. Cava! Need not say much else. Nice pink color with a burst of deep strawberry on the nose. On the pallet there’s the light pink fruit again with a singular creamy and yeasty-ness and balanced acidity. The wine is light, almost soft but very fizzy. For around fifteen bucks a pop I’d drink this pop n’ pour delicate-ness any-day. For real!
