There was a complimentary bottle of this in a hotel room we stayed in many years ago, and it's been sitting in storage since then. Decided to pop it and was shocked that the 2012 was still cruising.

This wine is developing nicely. Last tasted six months ago, when it was still coming together and dominated by top notes of red candied fruit and a funky bass note, it is now integrating with promise of better things to come. Estate fruit, a unique blend of Grenache, Syrah and... Metlot!
