Justin and Pip Jarrett are the lovely couple behind the brand and their latest sustainability project has involved establishing solar cells for a bore pump on one of the vineyards to help reduce carbon emissions further 🙌
This 2020 Prosecco is available for $25 via seesawwine.com. They are the only brand in the Orange region to have planted the Prosecco grape 🍇- Glera. It sits at a friendly 10% abv.
We found it a soft lemon shade in the glass with plentiful bubbles. On the nose it smells of freshly cut apples and pears with a hint of flowers. While in the mouth it’s super juicy and refreshing with a yummy crunchy texture. Delish!
