
There is hay and gun powder and lemon on the nose. The palate is extra dry with a huge acid drive, a monster of a grip, some width with that grippy mouthfeel. Almost no fruit and very long finish on the acid side. I think it should not be drank for itself but be paired with a generous plate of cheese.
