This has a funky Burgundian odor to it that I don’t care for but once the odor dissipates, the flavor is ok. Somewhat fruity. It needs something fatty to cut through the wine and then it’s ok. Had it with pizza and later with duck which helped a lot.

Simple Pinot - light color, medium finish and very light fruit with some hint mineral hints.

Easy drinking on a Saturday afternoon. This is not memorable but an ok "background" wine to set up other ones or other meals. This won't break the bank and sometimes that is just what you need. Would I drink this again: yes depending on the context.
