Dark ruby hue with high saturation. Aromas and flavors of baking spice, blackberry, mint, oak, plum, and strawberry jam. Medium-full body, medium-soft tannins, and medium-low acidity. Jammy, concentrated, and flavorful, with a hint of pepper on the finish. Drinkable on its own (without decanting) or with grilled meats.
