Best red they have at UnColor in Hermann! Big, bold, and a bit figgy. Smooth and less jammy after it opens up. No minerality, mild to mid acidity. Medium dry, lighter on alcohol.

Dark ruby hue with high saturation. Aromas and flavors of baking spice, blackberry, mint, oak, plum, and strawberry jam. Medium-full body, medium-soft tannins, and medium-low acidity. Jammy, concentrated, and flavorful, with a hint of pepper on the finish. Drinkable on its own (without decanting) or with grilled meats.

Not that bad surprisingly - very sweet and vanillaey but still polite enough to drink

Very smooth. Subtle hints of fruit. Just dry enough.

The one wine I wanted to remember from class tonight. Full bodied, low acid and tannins, and all the oak/vanilla/spices. Perfect for a cold night!

Fruity layers but not sweet, very open flavor, smooth lingering finish.
