Rox of the Andes Red Blend

Unpalatable to drink but it's a great cooking wine- and I'm not being facetious it really is my go-to wine for any stews or red meat recipes that call for red wine, strong acidity, dark overripe fruit and high tannins are all the right things for a red cooking wine
