Sciandri PNV Cabernet 2013 Mescolanza! This cab is RIDICULOUS. Poured a dark maroon into the glass. Nose of herbs (more like a sage), black pepper, blackberry, grilled meat, and grape bubblegum. The entry is fruit forward, but only a bit. Purple and black fruits, oregano, lavender. The middle of the wine is quite silky. Hint of cola. The wine finishes a little acidic. Although the tannin are rather soft and showed some integration after decanting for 3 hours, the wine is still youthful and will certainly improve over the next 10-15 years. This is a locked up MONSTER of a wine. Glad I have two more of these.
