Popped and poured. This is actually 90% Pinot Noir with Chardonnay making up the balance. The 2014 “Noirs” pours a light copper color. It’s a much richer, gastronomic wine compared to the standard BdN but 3x the time on lees will typically do that. The nose has quite an oxidative character with some stewed raspberries, bruised strawberries, almonds, and brioche.
