Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.

Fruity nose with red currants, plums, cooked cherries, earth light vegetables and chocolate notes.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with red cherries, currants, sweet raspberries, light oak, spices, dark chocolates, earth, vegetables, tobacco leaf, herbs, light bell pepper and peppercorn.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins, tangy raspberries and bitter herbs.

This 3 year old Oregon Pinot Noir is drinking very nicely now. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Feels like an entry level Burgundy red.

Fruity right out of the bottle, and gets earthier as it opens up, with light vegetables notes.

A good food wine that also drinks nicely by itself.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

90 points.
