Plummy, sticky. Good with cheese, pickles and cold cuts. Sweet for my taste.

A fair amount of residual sugar balanced by high acidity. Not overly aromatic but with a hint of peach and flowers on the nose. The palate is well ripened with flavors of pineapple, peach and honey.
