Lots going on the nose: pear, pineapple and hints of petrol. Even more going on the palate: dry, highly acidic, low alcohol, medium+ body. Pronounced notes of pear, ripe pineapple, tastes clean with minerals on the mid palate. A medium lengthy honeyed-passionfruit finish. Complex with some intensity and a decent finish. I would pair with cured meats or spicy food.
