Not my normal style but really seems to hit the spot. Aroma of Apple, cinnamon, grapefruit, and rubber band. Taste is ripe Apple and wildflower honey. This wine has some sweetness to it. A 2008 vintage fancy German label makes it look like a sophisticated gift. At C$20, it's the right buy.

Perfumed nose, medium body and clear mineral finish. It's very enjoyable to dip the nose into the glass. You can find overripe apricot, honey and petroleum. Although it's generally profound on the palate, its acidity is a little bit flat that undermines its depth.

Rich, but balanced and zingy. Lilies, lemon zest, and diesel fuel. Killer spatlese.
