Once again got to try this at Terrapin. Just learned about "bone dry" Rieslings. This was a "near dry" variant. Still a little too sweet for me, but Brain tells us it pairs well with a rich meal (but pork not beef). I'll give it another try with the right paring, and after a little less other wines ;-)
