Cork is showing seepage. So reason to check on regular intervals. Ripe tropical fruits, caramelized apples. Bittering tang. Sweet but enough of nice citrus acids.

love the '11 kabinetts. lieser's is yeasty, silky and refreshing.

Fantastic Riesling. Off-dry, loaded with minerality.

2009

This was okay, but marked by the richness and ripeness of the 2015 vintage. Not super sweet, but lacking enough acidity to really balance out the RS. Seems a little clumsy as a result. I'd be curious to try the '16 version.

9 years old and still full of life.

Smooth.

Riesling hat trick. Weakest of the three, but quite potable for what it is.
