Delectable Blue

Pale straw green in colour. Subtle citrus notes on the nose. A delicate and unpretentious riesling, free of any obvious faults. Clean and crisp on the palette with good acid balance. Hints of lemon and lime and subtle green apple. Very refreshing clean finish. Not sure if it will benefit from cellaring, but it is drinking nicely now. A very quaffable wine.
