A good contender to compete with my favorite California sparkling, Roederer and funny enough they are both from Anderson Valley, Mendocino. Crisp apple and mango with crisp toast and dried yeast. Beautiful complex and elegant. Will buy again!

Being a devoted bubble head I've never been impressed by Scharffenberger (or Pacific Echo as it used to be called) but this gets my vote as the best wine from them ever.
Enough aged yeast aromas to almost bring it into the big league (read; Champagne).
A VERY good sparkler.
