Deep gold. Juicy red apple/pome and a bit of flint on the nose and rich palate. Full, but not unctuous, mouthfeel; well balanced with a blade of striking acidity (medium plus) cutting through. What a “dessert” wine should be. Strawberries want this. Goose pâté, too.
