Light to medium weight Notes of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry). The fruit for this wine is sourced from Gevrey Chambertin in a vintage ( 2018) which was warm giving ripe, generous wines. Very easy to drink and great value at $55AUD. Touch of oak influence the following night.

May 15th, 2026Medium flavour intensity but the silky texture is there reflecting the good vintage. Pretty good for a $50 Bourgogne but many Australian Pinots are better for a $50 spend. Most of the fruit from Gevrey Chambertin I believe.

Good density and texture. Palate's singing with fruits. Burnt rubber kinda reduction on the nose, a touch short on the finish. Tasty wine, regardless. Excellent value if you ask me.
