1er Cru Poissenot Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir

Loved this. Had with lamb shank at Clancy’s. Had the 2015 night before at la petite. 2015 still very good. Nice, well-rounded Burgundy. Darker red fruits but not a fruit bomb.

抜栓直後はタンニンが強すぎるのが気になったが、4時間後に開いてとても良い状態に。クラシカルな作り手のグラン・クリュと同様、若めのヴィンテージは早めに抜栓しておきたいワイン。開いた後の印象としては、濃さがありかつ滑らか男性的だが包容力もある。抜栓直後が7.5点で開いてからは8.5点。
