Mt Veeder fruit showing so well. And super reasonable QPR which I never thought I would say for a Napa Cab!

Great. Tangy citrus on the nose with hints of cracked pepper. Mellow flavors of vanilla and hints of cranberry sweetness.

1,500th note on CT!! PnP. Probably could use a short decant. Dark reddish purple color. Black fruit, anise, burning wood, and subtle licorice on the nose. Same elements on the palate with big tannins. Medium depth and finish. High alcohol especially on the finish. Has some years left in it. Would be really good if not so high in alcohol or with a longer decant.

Great to drink now. Will only get better with age. A new world can for an old world lover.
