Wow - lots of complexity. 6 years old. Tons of grapefruit, peach and topsoil. Always impressed with what Ed Spragia does.

Pears, apple, honeysuckle on the nose. Almost a full-bodied mouthfeel. Star fruit and light citrus rounded by a rich honey and string mineral finish. Love this anti-New Zealand SB.

Lovely, fresh, aromatic and flinty. Lemongrass and graphite with a clean honeydew melon finish.
