Proprietor's Selection Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

Fairly good wine. It’s cheap, but doesn’t taste as cheap as it is. Good as a table wine, but that’s about it. Might buy it again.

Beautiful color and light body. Subtle berry aroma and flavor with a hint of oak. Lightly tannic. Pairs nicely with smoked cheese and spicy food.

Not bad. Will try decanting for a few hours next time.

About $5 at aldi’s so drinkable but needs at least 2 hrs of decanting or it is super young and drinks like a table wine. Once over 2hra it gets going and has a deep rich classic Cabernet finish. Barely made the “would buy again” (WBA).

It’s fine. Definitely not a bad wine. Gets the cab job done.
