Beneventano Falanghina

On the nose you get lemon, citrus, a tad bit of stone fruit, & some minerality. On the palate it has more body than expected, smooth, not too acidic, you definitely taste some minerality & citrus , some hints of melon. Pretty good but not mind blowing lol

Light, smooth citrus wine. Unique. Doesn't linger on the palette

Pretty nice, well balanced, not too sweet.

Tasted like white grape juice. Not horrible, but a bit too sweet

Very much tropical fruits - mango and passion fruit - but not overly sweet

So bright with a hint of caramel in the end. A real treat.

I wish I could give this wine a lesser rating than I'm able to. This is a Club W wine and I'm not a huge fan of many of them, but this is by far the worst. I can go on about all the complex durian-like aromas that this wine has, but honestly it just smells like cat litter. Don't get me wrong, I love a good wine and appreciate all sorts of complex and weird flavors (especially whites that taste soapy) but this is just a let down.

So disappointing. Really wanted to love this but the taste was like flat pelligrino.
