Baked fruit on the nose with a slight tartness: apple, pear cobbler. Meyer lemon. Candied lemon. Orange rind. Stone fruit, too. Slightly nutty in the palate and a nice delivery of mineral - bitter finish. Moderate+ acid, moderate alcohol. Fresh, young, and easy drinking.
