Tasty Greek skin contact wine made with the rare Santameriana grape. Once some reductive funk blows off, orange blossoms, some buttery candied aroma, lots of white flowers. Pretty subdued tannins for the style, good acidity, overall no fireworks but very balanced and enjoyable.
