This is a nice and simple Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. Showing a great flowery nose that I did not expect.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Showing limes, grapefruits, vegetables, earth, spices and black pepper.

Easy drinking with a nice mouthfeel.

Good by itself and better with food. I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.

12.5% alcohol by volume.

87 Points.

$5.

One of the better $5 wines. Very light, sweet, would actually taste better chilled but I tend to like cellar temp. No after bite, still feels warm going down, but very much a fruit juice.

Nothing special. But you could do a helluva lot worse for $4.99. Just noticing now it's not vintage labeled, interesting. Chilean Sauv Blanc seems to be one of the better bets in the college student budget range.
