Very weak bubble... probably opened for couple days... delucious, classic med plus intense aromas of pinot blanc, med body, med p acid, mouthfeel and weight comes together, classic minerality and structure from punit bianco. Easy drinkjng sparkling. Maybe I would drink if this opened fresh. Can be drunk with 광어회
